Legal Question in Family Law in India

What action can i take if my parents-in-law prevent me from living in my matrimonial home? I m moving in after 10 yrs of separation after a lot of legal hassls n without my husband's support. I just intend to save my marriage.

in case you are entering with court orders, protection officer would help you against any sort of violence.

If you had been involved in litigation during these ten years, it may be better to seek appropriate order from the courts. If there was no court case of any nature, you may go and join him.
