You have to wait for detailed order to know what ground your plea is rejected. You can challenge that order in higher court by appointing a good lawyer.

First of all you have to findout the reason mentioned in the judgment. Moreover you did not tell about your case also. What is the stage. Whether only your plea has been rejected or case has been finalized against you.
