Actually,the husband didnot have any interest in marriage life ,and i dont know he is having any physical problems or not,and my in-laws also treated me as a slave.so i left that house and after some days ,they returned back my things with one condition ,that i have to return back my thirumangalyam .i accepted the condition and returned as well. but now they are not come for Mutual consent divorce.so we filed a petition as a ground for cruelity..my question is ..im on the rite way or not and i want to know how to prove it...they gave me mental torcher.kindly advice.

File a petition under the domestic violence act for maintainence and residence against your husband , you can also file a complaint before crime and women cell too. Your petition for divorce is correct and on right track.
