2. if married 3 photos

4. three witnesses.

5. Identify proof.

6. Ration Card.

7. your both parents signature.

8. if intercaste marriage, it will be notified for one month in the Registrar's office.

Ration Card, Passport, Driving License, Electricity Bill, Telephone Bill, Election Identity Card.

Simply fill up the mariage registration form giving your actual address and annexing any address proof is not mandatory as par Special Marriage Act.

However it will be better to keep your documents ready incase of any querries by the Marriage Officer and such address proof should be supported by any of the document like -- Telephone bill or Driving license or Passport or ration card.

If you are living in a rented house then a letter to be issued by the landlord certifying your residence with photocopy of any of the above document in the name of the landlord.

You need to furnish

a] Attested Copy of the Ration Card

b] Passport Copy

c] Driviling License

d] Any certificates issued by the Govt., of Karnataka
