My name is Aditi Dutta. My home town is Guwahati. My husband\'s hometown also is Guwhati. But he is pursuing a good job with good sallary in Patna. Our date of marriage is 03/08/2004 in Patna. But from april 2009 I leave my husband\'s house and came back to my parents house in Guwahati. Six months ago I filed a case for divorce in Guwahati high court(family court) in basis of cruelty but I have no demand for my maintanence. My husband also filed a case in Supreem court to transfer my case from Guwahati to Patna. I have no income source and dependent to my parents. So, I am not able to go neither Patna nor Supreem court. Now a days my Husband told me that he will never give me divorce at any cost. So, any one tell me that in this situation what action i can take? And How much time does it take to get a divorce?

According to me at present you should appear before the Hon'ble Supreme Court and defend your case if a notice has been served upon you by the Court.
Secondly you should have by now filed a case of maintanance in the Family Court asking for the maintanance from your husband, which you can even file now also.
