can i adopt a child i am married but separated 39 year man my wife file a court case under section 125 & dv act

A married man can adopt child only with consent of her wife and can adopt after divorce without her consent .whether u have any children and with whom they r reside .send me detail so I can guide u properly.

yes you can adopt a child after divorce. Before divorce you will require consent of your wife.
