can i adopt a lady who is mother of two children aged about 38 years as my younger sister. She is living with her husband and two children. out of affection am raising this doubt

You can adopt a son or daughter and not anybody as your sister.

If you are Hindu You can adopt. But age gap and some other factors have to be checked. Whats your age?
