how to adopt a 28 year old girl as my sister.their parents are poor and aged around 60yrs. my age is 34 yrs. iam fatherless and married.can my mum aged 55yrs adopt her as her daughter. my mum is attached to her.will i have to give share in my property.any other possibility other than adoption. can i employ her

sir, one cannot adopt a 28 year old girl be it may as a sister or daughter. One certainly can support her be it may be employment or otherwise.

i agree with the view above. in case your mother is so attached, she may give her financial security. moreover, if you consider her as sister, you need not employ her. you may still carry on this pious relationship without legal sanction.
