I have adopted 14 boy in 1992 but i do not have any legal documents. but i want to transfer my properties to him..but the property comes from my husbunds father now my husbund is the owner of the property ... can we transfer my propety to my adopted child..please send anyquery regarding this

in the absence of an adoption deed, it is required for you to seek declaration from the court that he is your adoptive son and after that his status is equal to a biological son. you may read more on adoption at www.karvai.in
