How can an adopted person (not legally) inherit adopted parents' inherited property?

What are the necessities to prove that the person was adopted and that that person is the legal heir or the successor?

If the adoption is not accordance with law then it is not adoption and therefore the so called adopted child cannot inherit the adopted parents property.
