Adoption and Change of Name
Question: Can my uncle(younger brother of my father) adopt me? What are the conditions in which he can do this? What are the administrative and other formalities which are required to be done for this adoption? Also I want to change my present name after adoption. Can I do this? What are all the conditions and administrative & other formalities applicable in this? After that I want my name and address to be changed in my educational certificates and other places where I have given them. What to be done and what are all formalities? Please describe all the informastion in deep so that I can do same. I have following details:
(a) My age is 26 Yrs
(b) Hindu Religion
(c) After being adopted by him, I will marry and they
will get daughter-in-law to assist in home jobs and
also I want to separate myself from my family.
(d) Yes the adopting person is married and he has one
child of age 11 yrs studying in 6th.

Yes, your uncle can adopt you, An application to this effect shall have to be filed in the court giving all necessary particulars therein.
You can also change your name, before or after adoption, by affirming an affidavit tio that effect before a Magistrate, after which you shall have to put the notice in a local newspaper.
After the aforesaid, you can inform all authorities, including the School, regarding change in name, and request for effecting change in their respective records.

Sir,
Your details no where satsifies the adoption conditions. You cannot be adopted since your age is above 15 (subject to the contrary religious customs prevailing). Furthermore no person who already has a son or grandson can take a valid adoption. SO your adoption is absolutely invalid
