Legal Question in Family Law in India

adoption deed cancellation

I am born in Goa-India & a permanent resident of the same state. I was given in adoption to my father's younger brother when i was a bachelor of 28 yrs. age vide an adoption deed registered with the local registrar's office. However,

I have always been residing with my natural parents & till date. I am now 39 yrs. of age, married with a son of 8 yrs. age. Myk natural parents, myself & my adoptive parents are keen to cancel/terminate/revoke the adoption deed. I understand that cancellation of adoption deed is not permitted under law except if there is some defect in the deed. Can you find some loophole/lacunae/defect in the deed under which i can be back with my natural parents legally?. I can pay attractive fees if you can get this done for me. Regards.

your adoption is in itself not correct. first of all its your age and then conduct that u never stayed with ur adopting parents. plus other factors. u need to consult personally.

Re: adoption deed cancellation

You may file case of declaration to declare the adotion deed as nullity because the is not enforceable as the age for adoption of the child must be below 16 years. For further query contact me
