I taken divorced from mu ex husband and i have a daughter. Now remarried and want to change father's name of my daughter from natural father to my present hunsband. Suggest.

You need consent of your previous husband for adoption and therafter you can adopt and change her name.

unless you obtain a No Objection Certificate from your ex husband or you obtain a declaration from the court of law, you cannot use your present husband's name instead of her natural father's name. however, its better if you send me the divorce order passed by the court or call me at 9811284735.

Your second husband will need to adopt the child with the consent of your first husband;
You can change name only after that.
