Legal Question in Family Law in India

Can you please let me know whether the Adoption of grandson by grandparents(mother' parents) IS LEGAL???? grand parents already have 5 daughters? do the son gets share in property of adopted and orginal parents???

The son may not get share in property of original parents except the original parents give him share after adoption.
