can a adoption made by hindu couple through an advocate considered valid

The main condition is requirements of HAMA has to be completed. Advocate only act as your agent and guides you to make adoption deed and complete formalities of HAMA so it doesnot make any difference.

no, it cannot be considered valid. there are adoption agencies and adoption is to be effected through them only.
