adoption under muslim law
an unmarried muslim woman whose a social worker wants to adopt a 4months old girl from an institute which she used to visit frequently.due to which she got emotionally attached wid da infant girl. now she wants to adopt this girl what should she do as da muslim law does not recognise adoption?

You can neither adopt nor you can execute a will. Can not help.

No adoption is permissable under muslim law but you may file writ petition in High Court or Supreme Court of india in this regard

You can not make adoption as muslim law does not speak of adoption.No solution.

she can adopt she should apply for adoption

ticklish situation...... ur law dont allow u.
but i think that it also not disallows adoption ...... i am not sure but the best advice is to consult any local lawyer for this
better u consult a orphanage or if u are in delhi call me
