If any adoptive parent at the time of adoption gives false documents of assets to adoption agency for legal processing of adoption. Is it wrong legally?

If that information really affects the adoption made then the adoption can be questioned as to its validity. But if it is a meagre one and does not in any way affect the basis of adoption then it cannot be questioned.
