My question relates to company as well as family law.

My question is

My father has submited my resignation letter ( I have not signed) to a pvt. ltd. company without my knowledge and made himself as a director in the company. This was done after 15 years. I have being the managing director of the company for which till date nor I have recevied any remuration. I want to know my rights and judicial action I should take against him as well as the charted accountant who has verified the documents to be submitted to the ROC office.

you can make complaint to ROC u can also file criminal case for cheating and frogery

The letter by your father using your signatures for your resignation amounts to forgery and cheating.

You may approach the Registrar of Companies and the Company Law Board for appropriate legal action seeking to enforce your rights.

You are also entitled to register a criminal case.

You can file a complaint before ROC and you can file a suit against BOD.More more advice contact personally.
