Legal Question in Family Law in India

hi my age is 21 and yet doing my final yr b.com mine was a love marriage with out parents acceptance 1yr past for my marriage i went on wit lots n lots problems days went on my husband started ill treating me listening to his parents after we were back later on i came to d person whom am telling as my husband he is first caught in a robbery case, then chain snatching, i kept on tolerating and struggled then too he was not loyal to me he started abusing me beating me n all on Feb 27 without telling anything he went and came at nyte he had not gone even for work .his parents support him in everything either he is right or wrong dat nyte we both had fight he ill treated me very badly n asked wat Ur parents gave n all i den some how i managed ton go to d police station n i logged a complain then the fir was filled with 3 complaint 498a,307and dowry prohibition act 1961....sir now i want to live him n start up n my new lyfe so i wanted to know wat will further effect on him of this cases when he may get bail ??? wat will b his punishment pl z help me !!!!!now his parents challenge my dad dat they will find a another girl n make him get married i dont him too live happily wen i struggled so much now he wants start n so easily my respect everything finished i want to get divorced but he should pay for wat he n his family did.......

whatever has happened with you is not good. u should start your new life as you wish, but take care in second chance. If you want divorce then there is a lot of possibility for you,

Just tell them that ok u do remarriage of your son without giving me divorce, then see how am going to deal with you.
