what is the age limit of adapation??and divorce is done by mutual understanding in outside court but in the presence of lawyers both parties not filed any case against each other then is it valid divorce law accept this divorce it is all done we can say simply made one MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING and divorce finalise .

no, such a divorce is not valid. a statement has to be recorded before the district judge, when the first motion is filed and then after six months when the second motion for divorce by mutual consent is filed. out of court divorce is not valid.
