alimony

due to dispute me & my husband are staying seperate not yet dinorced,i hav 8 months old baby.my husband has not spent a penny on our child.will i get allimony/maintenance from him

A;limony is payable when you are divorced. However, you can surely claim and get maintenance for both you and your child.

You and your kid are both entitled to maintenance. You can file proceedings U /s. 125 Cr.P.C. as well as under newly enacted Protection of women from domestic violence Act, which is speedy remedy.

sure. you are entitled to maitenance for yourself, if you are not earning/working, and for your child; the maintenance amount will depend upon your husband's income; Law entitles you to enjoy the standard of living as is being enjoyed by your husband.
