no alimony judement

Can any body help me with the recent judement where no alimony has been awarded to the wife for inflicting desertion,cruelity and lure of forign land.

A wife may be deprived of alimony only on the ground of 'insufficient' income and not on the grounds mentioned by you. As per law, including the recent judgement of Delhi High Court, income of a person can be adjudged from his standard of living. Similarly, in your case, you may try to prove her income independent of you. However, if she could establish support from father / brothers/relatives for her expenses, she may not be deprived of alimony.
