Alimony and Total Litigation cost

I plan to divorce my wife since she attempted suicide after marriage and hid her suicide attempt before marriage from me.

1. My max salary was Rs 25,000 pm in Mumbai before separating from my wife in 2003. Presently I am abroad with no job but earlier my max salary was Rs 2 lac/month gross. I am supporting my parents who are with me abroad. What is the max alimony lumpsum and monthly the court can award my wife who is a B.Com graduate but a housewife? I am a Master's degree holder in engineering.

2. What is the max. total litigation cost for divorce case in a metro like Mumbai or Bangalore?

The litigation cost may go up to rupees five lacs; and she may be entitled to a permanent (One Time) alimony of approximately rupees twenty five lacs.

2)In Mumbai it may cost around Rs20000/-to Rs25000/-approx.
