Alimony to wife and child
1. my income 16 lacs per annum,wife is also working and earns 6 lacs per annum
2) my son lives with her after birth. he is 3 years old
3) she is joint share holder in row house, whose EMIs paid by me, that house of 60 lacs, still 25 lacs loan pending.

please give me roughly idea how much should i pay lumpsum for MCD to wife and child. i have no major liabilities. i have 1 other flat but she doesnt know about that.

If she is earning hand and not unable to maintain herself then u r liable for the maintenance of minorand she can not claim property she can only claim residence andfor more clarification u can cal m
Besides her own income, she may be entitled to an additional maintenance amount of rupee four lacs per year from you towards her and the child's maintenance. The annual maintenance amount may be converted into annuity for calculating lump sum / permanent alimony.
lump sum alimony is in a divorce by mutual consent preferably be decided by the parties themselves or the same can be decided by effective intervention of their lawyers. there is no straight jacket formula for ascertaining the alimony.
