Hi all...i am i deep mess...i was having physical relationship with a married woman who has a 2 year old child....i wasnt aware that the girl was married and has a child....she just told me that she was a divorcee....however she has now told the truth when we are already in love....the husband has also come to know of this and also knows that she hid this fact from me and is still not letting her go....she wants a divorce but the man is not willing to give saying that the girl is having a son and she should sacrifice her happiness for the son...nobody from her mother side as well as the inlaws side are with her....they brainwash and force her to forget me... they have kept taken her phone and laptop too so that she won't contact me...mutual divorce is out of the question....do u think she could get a divorce if she files a divorce case herself??? Please advice? Also the guy has a proof that we stayed in the same hotel but i am not afraid of this as i wasnt aware then that the girl was married and if the guy puts up these allegations against me saying that i have done adultery the girl would always be at my side and tell the truth to the court that i was ignorant then of this knowledge..this i know....but nobody is with her and all her families are with the guy as they think he is doing right of not giving divorce..he says to me if the girl cant be mine she cant be anyone else's..would the law understand our situation if we both want to spend our life together..??? i just want to marry her and she is also ready to leave behind her son for me....i am even ready to accept the girl with her son if it become damn complex...i just want her... please help me get find a way to get her!!!!

i would say you to leave the women and dont damage the life of a kid. your relationship is not correct and if the husband filed the case against you then nobody will be able to save you from prison.
Your love story is like a potboiler of a Hindi movie . I guess you have no choice but to leave your girl friend as everything goes against you. Law as well as the society are not going to support you and your feelings .
your relationship with the married girl is certainly illegal. If you did not know, atleast, the girl knew that she is married and she is making physical relationship with a man while her own husband is alive. The husband is great who knowing this adultery is still ready to maintain and save the marriage for the sake of son. your girl friend has no ground for divorce. In case she files any divorce petition, the same shall bounce back upon her if husband decides to file a criminal complaint. that might put you in soup, too. Since you did not mention about your marital status, it is not possible for one to opine other consequences.
