Legal Question in Family Law in India

Hi All,

This is regarding Div and Alimony, I got div on 10 dec 2010 , court has ordered 5 lakh as permanent alimony, my x husband annual income is 25 lakh per annum, he has still not deposited the alimony amount in court nor has given to me, still 4 month is passed , i didnt get any letter from high court too whether he has filed appeal or not, i am 100% sure he has not filed any appeal in high court, neither i have files, Please advise wat shd I do now, whether i will be getting this Alimony or not, wat family court shd take and so I, I am not working my financial position is very bad and he is torturing me like this ,,,,

You may file an application for execution of decree passed in your favour.
