Legal Question in Family Law in India

I am Anandhi. I have been married for 3 years. I've been victim of domestic violence. I reside in Bangalore. I would like to know if I file a domestic violence case against him, whether I'll be getting any alimony/maintenance.If so how much I'll get. How long it will take? Or If I go for a mutual consent how much I can claim as permanent alimony. He is earning 50 K. having own car and house. I've a daughter of 2 and half yrs old. Pls. clarify. How about custody of the child. I am not earning.
