ancestral property share

Father died leaving behind his old aged wife,three married sons (one son died earliar),& one married daughter.He made a house but has not made the owner to any of survivors.Meanwhile youngest son shifted in the house taking advantage of father death & mother staying far away with other son.In this case hou to proceed for distribution of house & financial property.Seek your advise for leagal approach.

If an amicable family settlement is not possible, you may have to file a suit in the local courts for partition of the property amongst all the legal heirs. You may need to engage a lawyer for pursuing your remedy.

for proper advice you need to show documents

if you have documents of investment in the property then you may benefit otherwise the property will be distributed as per rights of each legal heir

all the sons and daughters including your mother(Widow of deceased) has the equal share in the proeprties left by the deceased if died intestate i.e. with out any will.

you all have equal right in the house left by your father. you can a file a suit in the civil court.
