Legal Question in Family Law in India
My name is Ankush, My sister in law is from a very rich family and we are middle class, so with no reasons she shouts at us, do not let his husband to go to work, and even hits her husband, whenever she wants, and one time she hitted my mother also, but we cannot complain in police station because police wont believe in men and instead they will support the women,an that too if we file complain also, her father is very rich and he will case on us back,thats the reason no one in my family tells anythinhg to her, but i want a solution for this, please help me

i think that you should consult to social Councillor and try to solve this problem through the process of councelling, if the counseling fails then come to us at that time i will advice what to do.
