it depends upon how fast your case can go on before teh court. maybe 1 to 1/2 year

well stronger and weaker side depands on the judge how he handles the matter but it may take 1 and half years approx

You have not mentioned when you got married.....when the fraud was discovered and when you filed petition seeking nullity. These dates are very relavant. The petition must be filled with in one year of the date when the fraud was discovered.
