Legal Question in Family Law in India

While going thru some answer I found that some lawyers are telling that 'yes' to a wife who wants to live with her deserted husband in UAE with RCR...whereas I know a court order can't force a husband to stay with his wife. Then in such situations what wives shall do who are deserted by their nri husbands and now wants to cohabit at the place of their husband?

Kindly give a full proper direction as this is an alarming situation growing in India.

The only option left would be to any spouse to a situation mentioned in your question is Divorce.

in case you want to live with your husband, you may seek decree of RCR and then in execution, seek direction to the indian consulate to execute the decree in UAE and restore you back to your matrimonial home. another option is to call your husband to india by filing a writ petition.
