Is anti cipatory bail require as there is fir against me 498&406?because i needto file divorce case or i can file divorce without taking bail.pls suggest fir in amritsar police station?

divorce is a civil remedy and anticipatory bail is a criminal one. you may file a divorce petition and seek anticipatory bail at the same time.

Both issues are independent of each other. Since there is FIR against you, police may arrest you for investigation. However, filing of divorce has no relationship with your bail.
