Legal Question in Family Law in India

The anticipatory bail of my husband was rejected by the district court against 498A, 406. The policemen from woman cell are relling me that I need to come along with them to the boy's house as the girl will have to identify the boy.

I have 2 questions :--

1.) Is it neeccesary for the girl to go along with the police officers for the arrest of the boy.

2.) If the boy is not found at his residence, and I am suspecting that the boy is at one of his relatives house, can I request policemen to come along with me to come to that address or they cannot go to anybody's house just because I am suspecting it. What is the process for the same.

It is not necessary for you to identify. Any male relative of yours can do that.

You may make an effort. However, police may not indulge in witch-hunting in such a case.

it is not necessary but if you wish you or any of your relative can go alongwith them and if suspected then police can assist you or your relative and search any other house also.
