when my apb is dissmised the police will arrest with warrent or after arrest they will produce in court and then put charge sheet and warrent? im in banglore but the case is in chennai its difficult for all process to arrrest from state to state by the time what shall dp to avoid my arrest

once you are arrested or you surrender before the court, you may apply immediately for regular bail. Regular bail is applied after the arrest. if investigation is complete the charge sheet will be filed. the police may ask for your remand if the police has to do any custodial interrogation. regular bail will be independent of the procedure. But court does keep into account for grant of bail that whether or not the police is seeking the remand for interrogation
