applicability of partition deed
In Joint Hindu Family In self acquired or ancestral property If the father made partition deed between 3 brothers in regular stamp paper and not registered before registrar. Then applicability of partition deed under the law? Can father sale this property to others which is partitioned.

Your statement is not clearly worded.
The father may be entitled to sell the HUF property but not the property which has already been partitioned and/or distributed amongst his brothers or sons.
