mental torture from wife,
Repeatedly threatening that she wants to commit suicide ,
Not interested in married life, physical attacks, spends a day almost in a locked room.
If i go for Divorce, what is the impact on me and my son. what are the basic steps i need to take care.

you are the best judge of your situation. in case you feel divorce is the only option left and you have exhausted all the other remedies, you may file the same on the ground of mental cruelty. however, divorce is never good for the family or children unless the situation is grave.
How many years you have been married ? How old is your son ? Are you living with your parents ? What do you think would be the reason for her to behave in the manner you have described ? Is she mentally or physically fit ? How are you in health wise. ? Where are you working and how much are you earning ?Please answer to get a legal opinion.
