i applied for divorce case on cruelty grounds i had given my statement in written and cross was to take place the woman is living with her parents she is misguiding the court sometimes she says in court she is ready for divorce shas given in written again she changed the statement now she has moved the application for the sake of child she wants to live the case is pending for last three years in any way the case can be acclerated.

U can take divorce by mutual consent if she agree otherwise contest the case on merit moreover mostly the custody of less then 5 years child is given to mother and u have meeting right and for more clarification u can contact m

you may move an application for speedy trial and on refusal, approach the high court.
