Legal Question in Family Law in India

i have applied for a divorce and the mother of an infant.. will the custody of 21 mnth son be a prob, currenlty he is with me. Can i relocate to another city once the divorce is given.

yes you can do that but if you want to take the child out of india, then you need the consent of his father.
