i applied for divorce in 2007 and till now there is no response from the court and i was live with him only 15days but 4years ranned away i couldnt get a divorce in trichy

you need to ask your lawyer to take short dates and pursue the matter by informing the judge the time spent in proceedings.

It seems that your lawyer is not persuing the matter properly, ask him to look for as to whether the notices have been served or not and if served for atleast 3 times get the orders for publication in the newspaper be made.
