Legal Question in Family Law in India

I have applied for divorce since the last 1.5years. My husband lives in Melbourne, Australia and we have sent him the summons from the court on 3-4 occassions.His address details are correct but still we have not been able to receive any delivery report. My lawyer now says that we should apply for publication of summons in an Australian newspaper. I want to know the cost and expenses involved in the process. Please help.

Before that you may try service through the local australian police and/or indian high commission in australia and/or australian high commission in India.

Before going for the publication try to get the summons served upon him through the Embassy, and then after that go for the publication.

instead of getting the summons published in Australian Newspaper, it is better to get the summons served through Ministry of External Affairs.
