Legal Question in Family Law in India

my has applied for dv case i had asked in my previous question .I 'm from a business class family earning quite handsome around 1,00,0000 n above . My wifr has claimed for 55000 . The place where i'm staying there no house less than 15000 as its rent. my wife has obtained my bank accounts statements too . hw can i safe guard my self . she has even claimed for residence orders.

under the DV act she is entitled to residence or rent in lieu of it. you are otherwise liable to maintain also if she is not working. Your monthly income will be considered for maintainance.
