Legal Question in Family Law in India

i have applied dv case by what time will i get the interim relief .....my husband on other hand has filed for divorce case hw ever 8o % of his allegations false as well as vague indeed i have para wise proofs against his divorce petition .....i have to file the mentainence case on monday ....i want mentainence to be started early as i'm unable to spend so much on legal procedures .....how can i aply that my mentainence should be started before replying for the divorce petition ....pls guide....

section 24 HMA maintainance has to be filed at the first possible opportunity. You may file it along with the reply to divorce.
