applied mutual divorce in may09 and agreed to pay 5lac as alimony and failed to pay total 5lac pettion dismissed for non appreance of both parties again reopened the case on 1st june-10 still unable to pay the remaining amount now what will be the court decision

Mutual divorce petition can be allowed only when the both the parties are aggreeable to make a statement in the court on agreed terms.
