the first date of hearing is normally on the second day after filing of divorce petition. The statement of both spouses are recorded on the same day. Then second motion will be taken up after six months, Once second motion is recorded, the divorce decree is yours.

If you file your petition for 1st motion today, it'll be listed next day at 2pm and the 2nd motion after 6 months . The total period would 6 months for Mutual Consent Divorce.

as already replied, there is a waiting period of six months between first and second motion of divorce by mutual consent but before the divorce is filed, an agreement should be drafted so as to include the terms of settlement and the same be filed in the court along with the petition.
