Legal Question in Family Law in India

i want to apply for seperation ,divorce from my ill treating husband. i consulted lawer . i hav been staying seperately from my husband for several months . but my lawer is telling me not to hurry for the divorce. what the lawer s advicing s a good suggestion? or shud i go and consult another atorney.

See your circumstances then ask your self whether giving Divorce is the right choice and if your conscience say yes ,then go ahead or else sit back and enjoy your circumstances and life. You dont need to go to another lawyer.
