court does not sit over investigation and at the most a status report may be filed by the concerned SHO.

however, for re investigating such a case where allegations of dowry and abetment of suicide are there, better approach the high court.

You may move an application under section 173(8) Cr P C for further investigation before the same court or you may file a writ petition before the high court for re investigation.

Are you the complainant or accused in the matter ? Anyway the best course would be to move High Court for shoddy investigation.
