i approched highcourt for my transfer of divorce case filled by my husband from one district to other where i reside but it is almost 5 months i filled transfer petition lawyer is saying it will take time it is 6th month running actually how much time will it take to get transfered

That the application of earlier hearing can be given to the court and the request of earlier disposal can be made before the court

as advised above, you may go for early hearing. in case the stay is granted by the HC, the delay may not affect you.

In which high Court you have filed your transfer petition ?. As mentioned above you too can go for early hearing application before the court to decide your application.
