i am archana awasthi from panchkula.
i got married in 2008. after few days my inlaws started demanding more and more, after few days physical/mental harassmnt started. in the meanwhile i concieved and now i am mother of 3 years old baby boy. for 2 years we kept on waiting for the realtionship to be better, but all in vain.
last year we filed 498a,406,sec-9 and 125 hma.
he wants divorce
today is the stage where i have also decide to give divorce, divorce alimony/child maintenance is 12 lacs
as i already spent so much on lawyers litigation charges, i am not able to pay anything more to lawyers. now if MCD happens, i dnt want to pay more to lawyers to take back my charges i.e. 498a, 406,9,125 HMA.
is this possible that MCD will happen without any further litigation charges paid by me????

for this, you may seek help of mediation cell or Legal Service Authority situated in every court. the government counsel may be provided to you without charge.
you will have to withdraw cases before MCD hearing. you can apply to the courts were 498a etc is filed for withdrawl of the same.
Since closing all cases will be a part of compromise, you need not to pursue those cases and confine yourself to the settlement. However, if the other parties file any proceedings before the High Court or any other forum for quashing of criminal proceedings, you may not appear and let their case be allowed ex parte.
Yes.But why dont you claim your alimony etc.from your husband .
