Legal Question in Family Law in India

We have done arrange marriage (without registry marriage in court) in 1996 under Hindu marriage. My wife belongs to Nadia district and myself from North 24 Parganas District. In August�2009 my wife filed divorce case in district judge court under my jurisdiction area (North 24 Parganas) instead of filing from Nadia district judge court mentioning her parental�s address where we have been married. She lives in her mother�s sister house in Murshidabad district because her father is not alive and she has no brother & sister. Recently she has filed alimony case for her personal expense from Murshidabad district court. I have appeared one time regarding divorce case but have not submitted any reply from my end. So my wife decided to dismiss / withdraw the divorce case and wants to file a fresh divorce case from Murshidabad district court or she is trying to transfer the case to Murshidabad district court. Now my question is that, Is it possible for her to do that?
