Legal Question in Family Law in India

after my arrest in 498a if i dont get regular bail, i will be in custody till the trail goes on and magistrate gives judgement tat im innocent? and the enquiry with police will also go on in jail custody only

under normal circumstance one would get regular bail and does not remain in custody until the trial is over. your last part of the question is not clear. re write.
